Odeon of Herodes Atticus

First directed by Katerina Evangelatou, who has helmed the Athens Epidaurus Festival in recent years, the production, originally presented at the 2022 Festival, is now being revived by Ion Kesoulis. The title role of Rigoletto will be shared by two distinguished Greek baritones: Dimitris Platanias and Tasis Christogiannopoulos, the artistic director of the Olympia Music Theatre of the City of Athens.
